Nicolas Raskin responds to Rangers fan after outrageous Celtic tattoo promise

Red-hot Nicolas Raskin stole the show at Celtic Park—but one Rangers fan might now be regretting it.

Fresh from playing a crucial role in the Light Blues’ Europa League last-16 win over Fenerbahce and earning a Belgium call-up, Raskin’s week got even better in Glasgow’s east end.

The 24-year-old opened the scoring with a looping header and played a key role as Barry Ferguson’s side secured a 3-2 victory, claiming bragging rights in the city.

Now, the Ibrox midfielder has reminded a fan of his bold pre-match pledge. A supporter posted on X: “F** it, if Raskin scores on Sunday and we win, I’m getting his name tattooed on my arse (Will post proof afterwards).”

Raskin had clearly saved the post, as he reshared it after full-time, adding a pair of eyes and a laughing emoji.

The Belgian will now be waiting for the fan to deliver on his promise, but after the match, he admitted his joy at silencing the raucous Celtic crowd.

Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: “It was amazing to make the stadium a bit calmer. I’m just happy for the win.

“The gaffer wanted us to be aggressive and apply pressure. I think the team did really well, so it was great. We wanted to be high up the pitch, and we scored three goals.”
