Leicester City fans make Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall point after Chelsea clash, one thing must happen

Fans of Leicester City have now expressed their opinions about Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, a former Fox.

Leicester City suffered a significant setback on the transfer front after winning promotion back to the Premier League.

In 44 Championship games in 2023–2024, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored 12 goals and provided 14 assists, helping the Foxes return to the top division.

But Chelsea soon snatched promotion-winning manager Enzo Maresca, and in the summer transfer window of 2024, the Italian forced Dewsbury-Hall out of the King Power Stadium.

However, KDH has struggled to get playing time at Stamford Bridge this season, even if Maresca is well aware of the 26-year-old’s talent.

Despite making ten appearances for Chelsea, Dewsbury-Hall has only played 43 Premier League minutes thus far.

Following the Blues’ most recent encounter, Leicester supporters have now expressed their opinions about Dewsbury-Hall.

Following Chelsea vs. Noah, Leicester City supporters make Kieran Dewsbury-Hall

This season, Chelsea is competing in the Europa Conference League, and on Thursday night, they faced Noah.

Despite playing few minutes in the Premier League, Dewsbury-Hall did not even start the match against the minnows, yet the West Londoners won 8-0.

Leicester supporters have now expressed their disapproval of their former player’s lack of playing time on X/Twitter and urged the Foxes to make a January move for him.

“Dewsbury-Hall isn’t even being picked for games that Chelsea has against with no disrespect absolute nobodies,” was the comment made by one supporter. The young man should request to depart as soon as feasible. Why waste a whole season of his career? Is it feasible for us to just attempt to resign him?

Another said, “My ‘call’ would be that if we give Chelsea the first refusal to sign Hermansen, we get KDH back on loan in January.”

“Loan him in January, benefits him whether he stays or does indeed come back permanently,” said another Leicester supporter.

“Loan in January is possible, but I’m pretty sure he would feel like a loser coming back so soon. I’ve already predicted he will be with a lower-half prem side next season, and it will be infuriating if it’s not us,” was added by a fourth supporter.

Another Foxes supporter commented: “I’d say he’ll definitely leave on loan, hoping he has a good half a season so they can recoup most of the fee back in the summer and sell him.” A fifth Foxes supporter wrote: “Loan to buy in January.”

“A move to stave off potential breach of financial fair play, probably part of the Maresca settlement,” a seventh Leicester fan remarked. KDH probably didn’t want the relocation.

Enzo Maresca’s comments regarding Kiernan Dewsbury’s Hall Chelsea minutes

Maresca discussed his feelings about the former Leicester star and his lack of playing time back in September.

“I’m really happy with Kiernan,” he remarked. We must acknowledge that Kiernan was Leicester’s star player.

“Now that he’s here, he’s one of the players rather than the star. Any player in the world, including him, must mentally adjust.

“You change from being the primary player to one of the players. It takes some time during that phase to comprehend and adjust to that.

But it was almost two months ago, and Dewsbury-Hall may be searching for a way out in January given how few minutes he still gets.

All sides would probably benefit from a loan transfer, and it makes sense to return to Leicester, even for just six months.
